My Project

My students are an incredible group of resilient 5th graders who inspire me every single day.

As a Title I classroom, 100% of my students receive free breakfast and lunch, and many come from high-poverty homes where access to basic resources can be limited.

That’s why creating a classroom environment that supports their educational, physical, social, and emotional needs isn’t just important—it’s essential.

We are heading into this school year with excitement, determination, and hope. We are hoping to get a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to help enhance our current curriculum as well as a cozy rug for our classroom library. We are also hoping for some packing tape to help hang all of our art and anchor charts on the wall, as well as a 1st day of school snack!

Each of these items plays a role in creating a classroom where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed. With your help, we can build a space where organization meets encouragement, and where every child is reminded daily that they matter.

Thank you for supporting my students and helping us build a classroom rooted in kindness, growth, and opportunity. Together, we will continue to CHOOSE KIND!
