My Project

My sixth-grade math students are curious, hardworking, and eager to participate in hands-on learning experiences. They thrive when they can collaborate with classmates, move around the room, and use engaging materials that make abstract math concepts easier to understand. I want to create a classroom environment where every student feels prepared, supported, and excited to learn.

The resources in this project will help make that vision a reality.

Activity mats will provide students with a designated workspace for solving problems, working in pairs, and participating in interactive math stations. Math bulletin board materials will serve as year-round visual references, reinforcing key vocabulary, formulas, and problem-solving strategies that students can use independently. Cleaning wipes will help us maintain a clean and organized classroom, allowing students to safely share materials and focus on learning without unnecessary distractions.

By supporting this project, you are helping create a classroom where students can actively engage in math, build confidence in their abilities, and develop skills that will serve them far beyond the school year. These simple yet meaningful resources will make a lasting impact on their daily learning experience and help ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
