My Project

My first graders are energetic, curious learners working hard to become "big kid" readers. In our classroom, we are constantly collaborating and engaging in "Turn and Talk" sessions to share ideas.

Help me give my students the tools to take ownership of their learning.

High-quality dry erase markers and erasers are vital for our quick phonics checks and for practicing citing text evidence. To keep us running smoothly, extra-large pencil boxes and sheet protectors will help my students stay organized. Finally, a birthday chart and pencils ensure every student feels like a celebrated member of our family!
