My Project

Hi there!

My students deserve a warm, inviting reading nook where they can fall in love with books and develop a lifelong passion for reading.

As a second grade teacher, I work hard to create a space where every child feels safe, comfortable, and excited to learn. A cozy reading area with engaging books, soft lighting, and organized storage would give my students a special place to relax, focus, and grow as readers each day.

This project will provide books for a variety of reading levels and interests, helping students see themselves reflected in stories while also exploring new perspectives and ideas.

Adding calming lighting and cozy touches will transform a corner of our classroom into a peaceful environment.

Many students thrive when they have a comfortable and welcoming space to learn. This reading nook will encourage independent reading, partner reading, and quiet moments of reflection throughout the school day.
