Reading is Writing Turned Inside Out!

My Project

Reading has such a big impact on how we write. Students use the authors techniques of how they make the reader feel and they use those same skills in their own writing. In this project, I am asking for your help in giving my students specific read aloud that relate to the skills I am teaching them. I have many stories in there that teach students about character change and flash backs to help them with their personal narratives. I have informational books in here to show students different ways to lay out their pages and other ways to organize their books and name their chapters. Other books discuss punctuation and the importance of revising and editing. These books hold so many other skills that can be used through all writing units. I can not wait to share these with my class!
