Reading in Comfy Chairs!

Help me give my students the N&V Bean Bag Chairs High-Density Foam Filling Sofa for our media center. We already have two of them and they are a HUGE HIT.

My Project

Our students love having comfy seating in their media center, as an alternative to sitting on the hard-wood chairs, and being confined to their desks all day. The media center is the hub of the school and a welcoming environment for our students to learn, and thrive. Your donation will make this possible. Our number one initiative is literacy and any incentive to read and feel comfortable is a win-win! We recently received two bean-bag chairs from generous donors like yourself, and these chairs kicked off the school year off with huge smiles. Now the students can't wait to find the just right book and sit to read! The students are asking for more. Please consider helping us buy a few more chairs to spread around the library.

Many of our students do not have a quiet space at home to do their school work.

Our media center is their second home to concentrate and focus on independent reading and school assignments, without distractions. These comfy chairs provide a welcoming environment that supports their learning, while being inviting at the same time.
