Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach 3-5th grade scholars who are reading 2-3 years below grade level. In order to celebrate their successes, we divide their goals in order to make them SMART GOALS. Their goal is to grow 5 months in Reading by each quarter.

With each goal they reach, we celebrate them by giving them a themed celebration.

We usually ask parents for donations, but most supplies are provided by their teachers. Help me celebrate their successes by throwing them a Glow in the Dark Celebration they will never forget. These materials will be used in our celebration and divided between 10 classes of 3-5th graders. We will also be using incentives such as basketballs, soccer balls, LED lights, and Disco Lights for games during our celebration.
