My Project

Kids love to receive tangible rewards and this fun reading challenge would allow students to receive a small token each time they read a book. Students would earn a bead for their necklace after reading and then be able to wear their reward with pride as they show off their hard work! My students would really love the opportunity to earn beads for reading! Older students would complete a small book review bookmark for each book completed. This would also entice their friends to read the book that they completed because they are able to see what their peers loved about the book!
