My Students

My students excitedly begin school each day, ready to learn with smiles on their faces. This year has been quite different than in the past, but we are working through the challenges!

My students come from diverse backgrounds with a strong desire to learn and be challenged.

They seize opportunities and are excited by new perspectives and additions to the classroom. Classroom instruction includes highly engaging, hands-on activities to keep students focused and motivated. My students are in need of opportunities to build a strong educational foundation that will prepare them for the future.

My Project

Third grade is an important year due to a transition from learning to read to reading to learn. The books in this project are student-selected and engaging.

Everyone is a reader; some just haven't found their favorite book yet!

My students love to read. The books requested in this project will ensure that they will have access to new and exciting books all year long. These reading materials can be used both independently and in small groups to create amazing educational experiences for students on all learning levels. I can already see my students excitedly sharing these books with each other. Thank you so much for considering this classroom-changing project!
