My Students
My classroom is full of eager and creative students, who receive core instruction in small group targeted sessions. My students attend a Title I school with a school-wide free lunch and breakfast program. Many come from neighborhoods and families with limited educational and technological resources. All of my students receive additional services and individualized educational programming to meet their educational needs based on unique learning challenges that have been identified.
My students thrive when they have quality tools to personalize their learning and this time we need headphones, a device charging station and some lasting/bendy cables.
My Project
Our classroom needs quality headphones to help us learn and use our audiobook collection and learning devices without disrupting the learning of others.
Our headphones need to have a microphone feature so we can use "text-to-speech" or "read-to-me" accommodations when we are writing and reading.
This will allow to learn how to use technology and tools that are available to us to become better learners, thinkers and publishers of information.
We also need an iPad charging station and charging cables that are bendy and long-lasting to help us stay organized and ready to go when we need use our tablets and computers.
