Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We strive to have a engaging, clean, and inviting classroom. As soon as students walk in, they see brightly written sentences in dry erase marker on the white board which includes sight words from the week. The first task students have every day is to read and write their group's special sentence.

My co-teacher and I wipe all the surfaces of the room every day with Clorox Wipes in order to keep everything sparkling.

We take pride in our classroom, and this helps the children to take pride as well.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
