My Project

One of the beautiful things about working in an integrated co-teaching space is being able to work more in small groups so that more children get individualized attention. One of the ways to provide this attention is through small group work and parallel teaching.

I have a wonderful group of 26 children who have great stamina and love to learn.

They enjoy working, particularly in smaller groups with the teachers and a few focus better as they can be timid or scared. Having a small portable projector and screen can help give that experience while working in the back or even in a different classroom. The stand can help me place the projector on it safely without falling, and the clicker can help me click to change the presentation slides. Sometimes having the work such as a text printed can be more of a distraction, yet having it presented on a laptop may not be large enough for the children to see. For example, we learn trick words and reading comprehension through a program called Fundations. The font can be small - I hope this projector would help a lot!

I'm hoping that without making it a permanent setting, the projector can present the texts, presentations, videos, and work that we need for the children to be able to look at, listen to, read, and interact with in a smaller group. Thank you so much in advance for your support!
