My Students

I work at a school which has low-income families and students. These families cannot always give their children all the learning materials they need at home and that’s where I step in. These kids walk into my room daily eager to learn, and I give them 100% what I can to let them do just that!

We, as a school community, try to come together to get what we need for our children but sometimes we need some outside help!

My Project

Learning to write in Pre-K can look like so many different things. I have learned myself that making sure that it’s fun makes it a whole lot easier with 3-, 4- and 5-year olds!

Having materials that are hands-on and fun makes it easier to get my students excited and willing to participate in activities, and having these new writing center items will do just that!

With these few items they will be able to independently work in the writing center and know how to write letters from examples.
