Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a full class of wonderful English language learners excited and anxious to begin their journey into education. Being first graders, they love to play. This gives me the opportunity to teach their learning in a fun and exciting way that they will love to learn. Their smiles, eagerness and stories they tell make it worth coming to work every day.

Our school receives free breakfast and lunch for all of our students.

Despite the hardships, my students are still eager to learn.

Our class will have bright vibrant projects with the color printer.

There are so many times when printers are down or I am waiting in line to use the school printer. This makes it extremely hard to get projects ready for the next day. The convenience of having a printer in our classroom will save me valuable teaching time. I enjoy printing out special certificates and letters to parents. A classroom printer will be an asset with many motives.
