My Project

Students learn best when they can create, design, and proudly showcase their work. This project will provide sublimation metal blanks — including aluminum photo panels, magnets, buttons, badges, ornaments, and slates — that my students can use and transform into vibrant works of art using heat press technology.

Rather than artwork living only on paper or screens, this project will ensure that my students will bring their designs to life as professional-quality display pieces and keepsakes.

These sublimation materials will allow students to showcase their creativity through school exhibits, classroom galleries, community displays, gifts, and portfolio projects that celebrate student talent.

Through this hands-on art and design experience, my students will:

• Create original artwork and digital designs

• Transfer their art onto durable metal surfaces

• Learn real-world production and presentation techniques

• Explore creativity, color theory, and visual storytelling

• Build pride and confidence by sharing their finished pieces

With these materials, students will complete project-based learning from concept to showcased artwork; turn ideas into tangible, lasting creations; build portfolio-ready pieces for college and career pathways; collaborate on exhibitions and displays; and develop confidence through creative expression

By showcasing student art in meaningful ways, this project empowers students to see themselves as creators, designers, and innovators — not just learners.
