Help me give my students a yearly classroom membership to Starfall, which is a children's website that teaches basic English reading and writing skills.
I am a third-year PreK teacher and have 16 incredible student explorers. My students spend their school year exploring through play and guidance.
As a teacher of young minds, I vow to provide the best school that I can, no matter what challenges are put in front of us.
I will create a loving learning environment where my students can and will thrive.
My students are between the ages of 4 and 5 years old, and they need hands-on experiences in order to understand their world; many don't always come to school fully rested or have enough food in their bellies.
My Project
I am so proud to tell the world that my class has blown me away with Theo interest in letters and learning this year. With more than half of the school year left, most of my students have already learned all of their letters and sounds, and have started to read decodable words! (Applause)
It would bring me so much joy to have a classroom membership to the literacy educations site, Starfall, for the remainder of the year!
My students would love to use their technology time on this wonderfully engaging site! With their classroom membership, they would also be able to access their own account at home! I’d much rather them continue their learning on this educational site, rather than spending their screen time on sites that might not be educational. With your support, my students will be even more ready for Kindergarten!
