My Project

My Pre-K classroom is full of movement and hands on learning experiences. The books in this project will allow students to experience a group read aloud, and then they can revisit the books and retell the story with a friend in the library center. The egg shakers will make music and movement times fun and engaging, as we get some wiggles out. They will also be a fun way to practice counting as we shake the egg each time we say a number. The glue, labels, and bags will keep us organized and help the students have ownership in putting materials back where the item matches the label.

The flamingo stir sticks will be a new way to practice building shapes and to add creativity to their STEM building as they create habitats during our animal theme.
