My Project

I teach in an high poverty urban district. I have 22 students in my class. My kindergarten students are energetic and love to learn new things everyday. My students need paper which is a basic school supply to help them succeed this school year!

Paper is used on a daily basis in the classroom to complete activities in all academic areas.

These students deserve the world and I want to ensure that they have paper to start the year off.

Please help my students with the materials needed to support their academics and to be successful learners.Paper seems to be such a basic school supply. However, the most needed school supply is not given to the teachers.I am asking our community to support my classroom by donating one of the most essential classroom supplies: paper. With tight budgets and growing classroom needs, many teachers are spending their own money to provide basic materials for their classroom. As a result we have a limited amount of paper in the school. I am requesting 4 cases of copy paper.Your donation of copy paper can make a real difference. Copy paper is used for center activities, homework, exit slips, tests, projects, handouts that reinforce the skills taught in class and notices to communicate with parents. My team and I go through reams of paper very quickly. It would be of great help to receive paper and be able to provide copies of the many different resources for my students to take advantage of during the school day.
