Help me give my students the ability to change their lifestyle by creating various types of healthy foods which will make them successful in healthy nutrition.

My Project

Here at our middle school, we are heavily focused on being the best student you can be. In order to be the best student, we have learned that proper nutrition is needed. A balanced meal goes a long way towards your focus, behavior, confidence, critical thinking and much more!

Everyone knows how the pandemic has set students back and knows schools are doing everything they can to close those gaps.

We are utilizing a in school Culinary Arts program which will provide students with the awareness of the food deserts in their area, knowledge of proper nutrition, the confidence for preparing quick and simple meals that are affordable as well as healthy, and so much more!

We are however just missing one thing: Kitchen Appliance Technology.

Our school finds itself short of technology that will give kids that jump start for nutrition change. Many of our kids suffer from the poverty circumstances that they are in. However, by choice, they are pushing for change in order to have a better opportunity to live a successful life. Many students want to improve their focus, behavior and confidence. With these changes, I am confident that their academics will improve as well. With your support I can provide the tools necessary for our future leaders to become successful!
