This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are hard workers! But sometimes, they need more motivation. I have implemented a reward system in my classroom. We use classroom dojo to earn points, and every Friday if they have earned at least twenty points- they can pick out of our classroom treasure box! This keeps them motivated and teaches them positive and useful life lessons about working hard and earning! It can be costly to fill this every week, and we appreciate your support! This will help keep students working hard, even when the going gets tough.
