My Project

I love the students I have because they always are very observant! They are go-getting students that truly do love to learn! With each new day and the various lessons, we take a journey into ancient civilizations, or go on the Oregon Trail, and they really internalize the stories and try to make connections! We constantly spiral review, but I thought, wouldn't it be cool if we could take the awesome learning moments in class/ on field trips/ holidays/ school events if we could capture them, reflecting on them further?

A camera does this, but these days, we keep those moments in our phones.

This camera that prints photos will allow myself and even the students to capture these moments as they see them. Additionally, it will give our classroom an opportunity to spotlight special lessons, activities, group readings, and other fun things already mentioned for when parents and administration come in to see on display in our class. It will serve as a daily reminder to students of what we have learned, and that there is still so much in store! Mid-year the students begin getting angsty, so this will be a great way to show that it's not over yet, our learning is still/can be fun, and who wouldn't want to be featured on the wall right?
