My Project

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) programs that reward students with incentives, such as earning “cash” to shop at a school store, encourage positive behavior, and foster a supportive school culture. This approach motivates students to make good choices, reinforces desired behaviors, and builds a sense of accomplishment. By offering tangible rewards, like basketballs, footballs, and candy options, PBIS creates a direct connection between positive actions and meaningful outcomes, promoting engagement and accountability. Additionally, the system enhances social-emotional learning by teaching responsibility, decision-making, and the value of hard work. Schools benefit from improved behavior, stronger student-teacher relationships, and a positive learning environment!
