A student is actually using it for having free time with her computer. I am surprised at how popular this movable flexible table option really is! I also use it for when I am teaching up front in the classroom, I'll place my manuals on it or my computer to have an option near me for when I am instructing. \r\n\r\nHaving flexible options in our room allow not only choices for students but opportunity for them to move around and change the atmosphere from day to day. I have some students who sit by me even because they just had a rough morning. Sometimes they may want a standing table too because they are sleepy and standing helps keep them more awake. I like to offer an end of the day snack before sending them home because it allows them to get a quick spurt of afternoon energy and I'm not even sure what kind of food options are available at home once they get there. Instead of equipment being piled on benches or scattered on the ground, every player now has an organized place for their gear.
