The calculators are especially helpful when we are working with more complex problems because students can focus on understanding the math and explaining their thinking rather than getting stuck on lengthy calculations.\r\n\r\nOne of the things my students are most excited about is being able to use the calculators during class and see how they can help them check their work. I have also enjoyed watching students become more comfortable using the different functions and learning when a calculator is helpful and when they should solve a problem without one. The hands-on geometry materials and probability resources have also helped make concepts more visual and interactive, giving students another way to understand ideas that can sometimes be difficult to picture from a textbook alone.\r\n\r\nThese resources have also helped me create a classroom where students can practice skills in different ways.
