These books were thoughtfully selected to help elementary students recognize that its ok to have emotions, thoughts and to feel certain ways, but in those moments there are some positive ways to handle those emotions that will help you and those around you to grow and learn! I desire for my students to be in control over their thoughts and emotions and not to let them control the child! If I can help them understand how to self regulate at a young age it will help in the years and generations to come! I Matter, I am Yoga, and The Way I Act are some of the amazing books I will be able to share with my students, my kids, on the beautiful red carpet that I requested during our lessons and help make a difference in their lives!
