My Project

The PMS Disc Golf Club is a space for kids to unplug from their devices and experience the simple joys of watching a disc soar through the air and the satisfying sound of chains ringing after they drain a putt.

Your contribution helps us realize our goal of reinstalling a course on the PE side of PMS.

Our Disc Golf Club was formed in 2022 and, in its first iteration, existed as an after-school club with one basket. The club grew to include a small course on the PE side where kids would gather after school to share laughs and build camaraderie in friendly competition. Unfortunately, after some discs errantly landed in a neighbor's yard, we had to shut down the course for a while. The club continued to exist as a lunch club where the kids could practice their putting outside of my classroom.

Now, with a new course design and enthusiastic admin approval, we are excited to begin the next chapter in the Disc Golf Club. The course will be 6 holes and traverse the track on the south side of PMS.
