This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have a space station at our school that we use for classroom rewards, but I also use it for counseling. I would like to use the Nintendo Switch as a way to incorporate play therapy in my Star and Special Education Students. As well, as use the Nintendo Switch with my counseling groups to work on certain skills that can be attained by using certain video games.

Also, It could be used as an incentive or reward when students do well with their behavior plans or weekly attendance incentive.

Using modern technology with my students will amplify their learning and understanding of the concepts that are taught. I am hoping to see positive growth and a willingness to follow directions within the classroom.
