This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first project is simply to create a interactive, engaging, and organized learning environment. I am a first year teacher starting mid year and have much to organize and supplies to search for. As I prepare to start off next week I find myself on a mission to acquire as much supplies as possible to offer students. It is very important for me to have a organized class room because I believe that will help the flow and engagement.

The items I requested will benefit students in language activities that will allow them to work in groups.

Kids always look forward to using white boards and compete. Aside from that the other supplies will help the creation of a well prepared and organized classroom. Ensuring this is done will guarantee students have a designated area with all their materials as well as a place where they can turn in work or find missing assignments.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
