My Project

Way too many children see reading as a chore instead of a pleasurable experience. Research has found that providing a variety of reading options can change the way a child approaches books.

I am requesting high interest chapter books for our school library media center to inspire that love of reading in our upper elementary students.

Our school library does not have a budget at this time. With your support of this project, we will be one step closer to creating a library where students may find exciting stories that are so interesting that they get involved in a book while visiting the library and don’t want to put it down. Thank you for supporting my students and our school library!
