My Students

My students live in lower socioeconomic neighborhoods that require support and resources above basic school supplies. One of the biggest challenges my families face is the ability to provide extra resources and opportunities for their children.

We need to get each student the support needed to be successful in the classroom.

A large percentage of our students live in multi-family member homes and need supports provided in the classroom.

My Project

My students need supplies and items to help with their exploration when outdoors. Our students are able to visit an outdoor learning area daily. During this visit, students need items and resources to be able to explore and experiment. These resources will allow students to have experiences that they may not have when at home.

The sensory tiles, mix and measure set, jumbo dropper and test tubes will help the student learn and experiment when outdoors.

These items will support the current curriculum that is being taught at our school. These will help supplement and provide hands-on learning for students.
