My Students

The students in my class are bright, active, energetic, kind, and responsible students who love learning. Throughout our day, they love to move around and complete hands-on activities. They love to read and write about their favorite things and love showing off the work that they complete.

Many of my students play after school sports, go hiking, or ski, so they love hands-on learning and being active in the classroom.

Some of their favorite activities include word work, morning tubs, and any math that includes manipulatives.

I am so lucky to work with such great kids who constantly want to do their best!

My Project

Osmo is multiple, hands-on, learning games that incorporate technology and also use hands-on manipulatives to solve problems. The math Osmo games included in this will allow students more hands-on practice with critical skills such as addition and subtraction, critical thinking, place value, and measurement. The games provide multiple levels and skills that provide constant engagement from all students and meets them at the level they are at.

Technology is such a critical tool for students to use and Osmo provides technology with a twist.

Math can be a challenging subject for many of my students and this allows them to view the problems in a different and exciting way.
