This technology will allow students the opportunity for hands on, engaging learning that is tailored to their level. The kits include math, reading, and writing activities that allow students to use hands on materials and check their work. The app shows students a picture of a word and asks them to use the word tiles to finish spelling the word. They can also play against the friends in their class. In the math app, students are shown addition, subtraction, and doubling numbers. They also provide tangrams for students to better understand building shapes and spatial reasoning. The technology allows more engagement in the students' work, which in turn, creates a better learning experience for everyone. Students will be given more opportunities to use this technology by having kits for each student during stations.
