My Students

My students are eager to learn and try new things. They love to explore and share their experiences. Students come to school each day ready to learn and explore the classroom. My second and third graders love to have successful moments in the classroom. I enjoy taking the time to celebrate their success.

I believe that my students and I can grow into a more connected community when we celebrate success.

Students shout and clap for joy when they have success in the classroom.

My Project

I am hoping to bring in more books for my students. The use of books in my classroom will help kids learn reading skills to help them become more fluent readers.

Reading is the key that unlocks the gates to everything else.

By supporting my project, you are helping to put books into the hands of students. You are giving them the tools to help them be successful learners.

Students will be able to discuss characters and events in the stories we read with their peers and family members. Students will be more engaged in the reading we do together.
