This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These requested materials including skirts, fans, and shirts are necessary to achieve the goal of teaching my students something new. This is their opportunity to continue learning about other cultures and keep them motivated and excited for the rest of the school year.

I truly believe that the art of dancing is crucial for their social-emotional development and will help them become a happier and more confident student in the years to come.

My students are smart, curious, caring and resilient, sadly many of them don't have the opportunity to participate on any type of extracurricular activities that is way my dance group is a big opportunity for them.
