This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In a few weeks, we will be launching our mystery unit. However, currently, my classroom library doesn't offer mystery books to meet the needs of my students. Not only do these books offer students the opportunity to read even more, but they also give them the chance to practice lots of reading strategies.

Mystery books give students the chance to make predictions and critically think about characters and how they develop throughout the story.

A-Z Mystery Book set is a wonderful series with different plots and characters, and students get to dive deep into the books and truly enjoy reading again.
