My Project

My students are eager to learn, but hunger can sometimes get in the way. Many of my students experience trauma and miss the opportunity to have a nutritious meal in the morning.

They are growing sixth graders who need to have their basic needs met.

We have nut allergies in our classroom and these snacks will help everyone to be safe and healthy.

We are also in need of a few basic supplies such as white board markers to help us learn. We need thick paper for students to track their progress as they master the content of the core state standards. These data sheets need to last the entire year.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
