My Project

My students are a wonderful group of 4th graders who love to read. We have a classroom library, but it's lacking in diverse books.

I want to show my students the world they live in by adding a varied and multicultural selection of books for them to read.

I've chosen books for both boys and girls and on a variety of topics. Ideally, I'd love for my students to see themselves in the literature they read. Providing a variety of book titles, would be so much more engaging for my students! I also want to expose all of my students to the rich, multicultural books that have been written for them.
