This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a new teacher preparing for my very first classroom, this project means more to me than words can fully express. My goal is to build an environment where students feel safe, supported, and excited to come to school each day.

These supplies will directly help my students learn, explore, create, and grow.

TK students learn through hands-on experiences, and these materials will support early literacy, creativity, fine motor development, social-emotional learning. Their educational journey, building confidence, independence, friendships, and a lifelong love of learning. As I navigate being a full-time graduate student while beginning my teaching career, finances are tight, and preparing a classroom from the ground up can feel overwhelming. I cannot fully express how important this project is to me. Every donation helps create a loving classroom community where my students can thrive. Thank you for supporting my very first classroom and helping me build a safe, welcoming space for my TK students.
