My Project

My kindergarten students are in their fourth month of school. They are so excited about learning new things and having new experiences in our classroom. For many of them it is their first time at school.

Many of my students' families are struggling financially from the aftershocks of the pandemic.

Sometimes they don't have the shoes or socks that they need to play outside and participate in PE. This project would provide three pairs of new shoes for my students who need shoes. This would allow them to not only have shoes for PE and recess, but also correctly fitting shoes that will make their lives a little easier.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
