This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We currently have a bin with 30 or so random basketballs. These are the balls we practice with daily. When it’s time for a game, we can’t use the basketballs we are used to practicing with. We have to use basketballs approved for games by the NFHS, which these basketballs are. When players go between different basketballs each time they play, it is very tough to get used to how it’s supposed to feel. By buying enough for us to practice with, we will be ready for the games each week!
