Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of the students on my caseload have cortical visual impairment, ocular impairment and multiple disabilities.

Using brightly colored, shiny objects against a black background allows students to utilize their vision in a more functional way.

In addition, these Neon Signs will help my students activate their look and reach reflex. These neon signs will help the students use their vision to the fullest!

These new materials will be used each and ever day with many of my students. The teachers, paras and students will all benefit from having these new neon signs.
