This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Too often we expect students to come to school ready to learn, and don't consider their home lives or the extenuating circumstances that they go through on a daily basis. This project aims to rectify that and humanize my students, helping them be successful students.

I want to set up a "store" in the back of the classroom where students can take what they need, no judgment, no questions.

They can "shop", take any hygiene products they may need so that then we can get back to the job of learning.
