This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The upcoming school year will be my first year teaching!

We are a public school K-8, with over 1,200 students located in Philadelphia.

The students from our urban school are extremely caring and enjoy lending a helping hand to the community! We are a title one school, as well.

Our students’ are very bright, kind, and motivated. Although, the students come from a low- income school district. Our students deserve to have an equal opportunity to be successful in the classroom!

My Project

The upcoming school year will be my first year teaching and my main goal is to provide the best possible education and experience for my students!

Both of the storage carts will be wonderful additions to my classroom, and will allow me to keep lessons and work organized!

The copy paper will allow me to make enough copies of all of the work we will be completing in the upcoming months! Organization and ample amount of supplies, will help create a positive and welcoming environment for my classroom! The decor and supplies such as the activity posters will allow the students to have a positive experience throughout the school year! By using these resources, it will allow me to stay organized and allows for less transition time and more instruction time. The students will be able to use these storage containers for centers each day and in their small groups.
