Help me give my students quality music instruments accessories and percussion equipment to OHS Band students.

My Students

The OHS band program is a multifaceted music department. We have many different bands within the program. Those ensembles are: marching band, wind ensemble, jazz band, percussion ensemble and color-guard.

The OHS band students are some of the hardest workers I have ever had the pleasure of directing.

We have a wide variety of members from many different backgrounds and socioeconomic levels. The beautiful thing is that they all come together to make beautiful music together. I am very lucky to be their director.

My Project

They will be able to use quality accessories for their instruments at home as well being able to have access to have quality instruments and mouthpieces.

They will be able to play music that had a couple of instruments that the school has not had in their inventory.

This will be of great help to the OHS Band. We have needed a trash cymbal and ocean drum for quite some time.

We also need reeds as well as mouthpieces for the school owned instruments. This funding will help us achieve that.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
