My Project

I have taken many online education courses for supporting middle school students. From these courses, I have learned that many students nowadays experience anxiety and stress on a daily or weekly basis. Having a calming corner with these additional materials like fidgets, stress balls, sensory bottles, and blocks can make all the difference in terms of managing stress and anxiety as well as promoting mindfulness and productivity in the classroom. This private space is for one student at a time to unwind in order to move through the school day more successfully.

As a result, these supplies will help to keep students engaged and willing to learn each day.
