Motivation for Students with Limited Mobility

Help me give my students with limited mobility some daily independent enjoyment. The desired devices will foster motivation through independence!

My Project

As a special education teacher, I work with students who often have physical disabilities that limit their independent mobility. Although they may have a device to help them communicate, they rarely receive equipment/materials for the sole purpose of providing motivation and/or enjoyment. The requested devices would be used to motivate students to be as independent as possible.

The desired switch-activated devices would help young learners develop cause-and-effect knowledge.

This knowledge would then lead to more independence for our students. We all know that independence is key and will often lead to motivation for further educational development.
