All of that requires hand-eye coordination and those tiny muscles in their fingers and hands to work together. \r\n\r\nThen there's the confidence boost. Kids are more likely to take creative risks. This tool gives them a little deposit in their self-esteem bank. Confidence transfers to other areas of their lives. The electric pencil sharpener has saved us so much time, allowing students to stay focused on their work without interruption. The magnetic clips have turned our walls into a vibrant gallery where students proudly display their projects, boosting their confidence and sense of ownership.\r\n\r\nThe light covers have made a noticeable difference by softening the harsh classroom lighting, helping students concentrate better and feel more relaxed throughout the day. They have had several lessons this spring and are gaining skills and confidence with each lesson. The students practiced hand position, naming parts of the ukulele, plucking and strumming the strings and learned three chords. They have also practiced three songs using the ukulele as an accompaniment. Now they are asking for more ukulele lessons every time they come to music class!\r\n We are currently working on our 3rd Grade musical which we will be performing at the end of the school year. One of the songs has ukulele accompaniment, which the students have practiced in class. Several students will be playing the ukulele during our program and all of the parents will be able to see what the students have learned.
