Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Providing incentives is a powerful way to boost student motivation and help them achieve their goals. When students know there is a reward tied to their effort—such as a small prize, special privilege, or even a favorite snack—they are more likely to stay focused, work hard, and push through challenges. Incentives create a sense of purpose and excitement around learning, especially when they are linked to clear, achievable goals. They also help reinforce positive behaviors and celebrate progress, which can build students’ confidence and encourage them to take ownership of their growth. Overall, incentives can transform goal-setting into a fun and rewarding experience that keeps students engaged and striving for success.
