My Project

The children in my class are curious and hard-working. They are advancing in their study of multiplication and are ready to learn about the lowest and greatest common multiples and prime factors. They are also ready to have the presentation of the concept of square roots. These materials will be used by individual children and in small groups. Many times, after one child learns the concept, they will teach someone else.

Another subject they will tackle this year is the complete history of North America, all 65 million years of it.

Focusing especially on the first peoples who traveled to North America by way of the land bridge from Asia. The Bead Lines kit will help them visualize the time line of key events in North American history.
