This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are not only 2nd graders, they are brave. They are impactful. They helped

impact hunger in our community!!

They are heros! They are collaboraters and risk-takers!! Each one having their own personality and each contribute to our amazing classroom community. Each one comes from a different background, different cultures; bringing thier own little spark to our classroom. My students are phenomenal. They have grown so much and work hard everyday. They may not have much at home, but in my classroom, I can give them hope!

My Project

My project will bring joy to my students. They will each have their own headphones while they are working hard on expanding their reading, math, and project skills. Most of our headphones have had to be thrown away due to them being old or malfunctioning. When they see these brand new headphones they will be overjoyed, they will be thankful, and they will be humble. They will be able to concentrate and hear the directions even better with these headphones. These students will be achieving more because they wont have to try and find headphones that work, which means more time learning!!
