Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kindergarten is such a rewarding grade-level to teach as there is so much growth we can see within our students academically and socially. With this in mind, keeping these little bodies engaged and with energy is vital for this growth to occur. Our 7 hr. school days can drain our students mentally and physically, but providing a snack later in the day will help them regain the energy and power to get through. Many of our students look forward to snacks like these as they are not able to get them at home!
